The 2025 harvest is complete! A big thank you to all who were part of making this year a success. A good team can accomplish a lot – and makes it that much more enjoyable!
Farming can be both a rewarding yet humbling profession. As hard as one works and plans, you are still at the whim of the always unpredictable Mother Nature.
It’s years like this that it really shows both the strength and the determination of all involved. Farming is what we do, but it’s the logistics that makes the difference. When everyone is operating at a high level – good things happen. Grain inventory management (“the shuffle”), on hand parts management, and the overall flow of equipment while in operation – makes a world of difference. Having the tools at your disposal such as John Deere Operations Center, AutoPath, Machine Sync, real time location on semis with MTG’s – to name a few – are all excellent features, and having everyone excited and diligently using – only adds to efficiency.
