The 2021 harvest is now complete! Every season has its ups and downs – even though yields were off significantly compared or average, still managed to have an enjoyable harvest and experiment with new techniques. Started in late July and then had some rain delays (which were welcome!) and finished up in mid-September — key to our success once again was a professional staff who always aim higher, and have fun while doing so. Hats off to each and every one of them.
And to the ones who kept everyone fed each night, much appreciated!
